These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VYTAL application and services ("VYTAL," "we," "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using VYTAL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VYTAL.
VYTAL is a fitness and lifestyle platform providing AI-assisted training plans, workout tracking, nutrition and meal guidance, supplement tracking and analysis, recovery tools, community features, and an AI coaching chat. VYTAL provides general fitness and wellness information — it is not a medical service (see Section 5).
You must be at least 18 years old to use VYTAL. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information — your plans and targets are computed from what you enter.
VYTAL is a paid membership offered on monthly or annual terms, with a free trial period where advertised. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the plan you selected. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase; taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, but you keep access through the period you've paid for after cancelling.
Training plans, nutrition estimates, supplement analyses, generated imagery, and coach chat responses are produced with artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided for general informational purposes and convenience — use your judgment and verify anything that matters (for example, nutrition against product labels). AI coaching is restricted to health and fitness topics.
VYTAL does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content in VYTAL — including plans, coaching messages, nutrition targets, and supplement information — is not a substitute for advice from a physician or qualified health professional. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have (or suspect) any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By using VYTAL you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your training, nutrition, and supplement choices, and you agree that VYTAL is not liable for injuries or health outcomes resulting from your use of the service. You agree not to: misuse, probe, or overload our systems or AI features; attempt to bypass usage limits or content restrictions; scrape or resell VYTAL content; upload unlawful content; impersonate others; or use VYTAL to harm yourself or others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the information you log. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service (storing, syncing, and processing your data to provide features). Community features display the handle and stats you choose to share. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to delete your data.
VYTAL integrates third-party services (including payment processors, music embeds, and retail links such as GNC searches). Those services have their own terms, and purchases made on third-party sites are between you and that retailer. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning VYTAL may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
VYTAL, its logo, design, exercise catalog curation, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
VYTAL is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including personal injury arising from your exercise, nutrition, or supplement decisions.
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
